Four categories of sample will be collected for the project:
1. Tissues for reference genomes of host & symbionts*
* primary symbiont, e.g. zooxanthellae, and cobionts in the microbiome
2. Tissues for RNA sequencing of host & symbionts
3. Tissues for whole genome sequencing of non-reference host & symbionts
4. Water for reference microbial diversity
